13th Yard-is a prison under the Tenno Government. The warden of the prison is Rigel and the chief jailers are Moro,Van, Crunn,and Jack.

Each staff member of the prison has a unique ability, here are some of their ability;
- Rigel-He has the ability to regenerate a part of his body, hes also immune to all kinds of physical attacks.
- Moro Zhin- Moro has the ability to manipulate stink.
- Van Pierto-Van has the ability to manipuate paper.
- Crunn Nosslehogger-Crunn has the ability to resize an object.
- Jack Bross-Jack is a good swordsman that can use 300 swords in one fight.
